Pakistani Best Taste of kabab in beef and chicken:

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1 tbsp (roasted)
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Green chilies 2 (chopped)

COOKING DIRECTION:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients in mince, keep for 30 minutes.

  2. Make in the shape of seekh kabab, put in greased oven tray and bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

  3. Give dum of coal. Garnish with onion and lemon slices, serve.
